The sun shines on the rightous! After an awful week, weather wise, the Biddulph Ramblers evening walk around

Scholar Green was blessed with sunshine and blue skies. 20 walkers left the Travellers Rest puband along 

Portland Drive to the Maccesfield Canal and turned off along the Trent & Mersey Canal on our 4.5 mile walk.

We left the canal, passing behind the church and through the woods toward Lunts Moss and back to the

Travellers Rest where we had a pint and a warm welcome.
